We realize that turn-around time is very important and will provide free consultation to help clients and their agents determine their exact inspection needs. We submit to the clients our final written report before the due diligence period to allow for further review and consultation with the inspector.
Our typical commercial inspection report will define, identify and include the inspector's findings for the major working components and operating systems of the building. The report will also help identify, investigate or exclude any observed hazardous or unusual conditions. For our larger reports, we will include cost estimates for repairs or replacement, multi-year maintenance analysis, photo or video documentation, and other actions required by the uniqueness of a property.
Our primary commercial inspector, Christopher Rither, has been working in Hawaii since 1986, and has over 30 years experience in the construction, inspection and building repair industry. He founded Island Inspection Services in 1998, and has performed numerous inspections in the residential, commercial, banking, mortgage, and insurance industries. For larger projects, Island Inspections will network with other professionals and building experts to help provide ADA and code compliance reports, environmental needs, engineering reports etc.Island Inspection Services is pleased to provide services for those who desire to live, work and invest in our beautiful islands.
