Phase One Environmental Site Assessments
A Phase One Environmental Site Assessments is designed to provide our clients with an in-depth report on the environmental condition of a property that they have placed in escrow. This inspection allows are clients to possibly qualify for the “Innocent Land Owner’s Defense” in the event that a future environmental hazard is found in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).

Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments
A
Phase two Environmental Site Assessment is the investigative process which is
designed to confirm the presence or absence of a contamination on a property.
It is accomplished by a sampling and analysis program including various processes
which are determined by the substance in question.

Indoor/outdoor air sampling
Testing of building materials (e.g., asbestos, lead)
