VACANT LAND ASSESSMENTS & EVALUATIONS
Our vacant land evaluation is designed for individuals
who want to become better informed about a new land purchase and those interested
in developing a piece of property. We physically enter the land in a systematic
sweep to determine an approximate overview of the land. The cost varies according
to size, location and accessibility of the property, but most reports run from
three to six hundred dollars. Our reports also include a consultation time with
our inspectors covering various applications including.
- Overview of landscape, soil
types, foliage, elevation, directional flow, rain-fall, weather, etc
- Alternatives for building sites
- Appropriate structural designs
- Viability of alternative energy
resources
- Structural site placement
- Availability of ocean/mountain
views
- Natural landscaping alternatives
- Information of surrounding communities
and associations
- Home construction consultation
